Outdoor Research Radar Pocket Cap: Simple Sunblock
When I'm harvesting lavender, I like to wear my wide-brimmed Outdoor Research's Oasis Sombrero, but when I'm hiking or just running around town, I like a lid with a lower profile, OR's Radar Pocket Cap. With the unisex Radar Cap, OR has taken the best features of a baseball cap, and made a stylish street cap that's also highly functional. They've leveled off the dome top, attached a wicking inner headband, and constructed the cap out of UPF 30+ nylon. Nice. Even better, the cap has a folding brim, so I can shove it in my back pocket when I'm not wearing it. I can also easily pack it in my suitcase for traveling and it doesn't get ruined or take up much space. Sizes: S-XL. Available in burnt orange, slate, and khaki. Bottom LIne: I've been wearing this fun on my daily power walks and on hikes. Every time my neighbor see me in this hat, he admires it. He thinks I'm going to lend or give it to him. He's crazy.--E.D. (Sept 09) Price: $25 Click here to shop Manufacturer's Site: www.outdoorresearch.com |
